A fun bathroom project combining neutral marble-look tile with a unique wood-look tile in a herringbone pattern! 🤎

The wood-look tile shower adds so much character, with the herringbone pattern bringing out the natural variation in the wood tones. Paired with the marble-look wall tiles and statement countertops, everything comes together for a timeless look with a cozy, natural feel.

This project is a great example of the different ways you can incorporate wood-look tile into your space for a unique look! ✨

A beautiful home where thoughtful design meets everyday living 🤎🏡

Throughout this home, laminate flooring creates the warm, elevated look of hardwood while offering the durability families and pets need. Laminate has come a long way, with realistic textures and finishes that make it a stylish and practical alternative to hardwood.

The flooring pairs beautifully with a Zellige tile backsplash and quartz countertops, while the mudroom tile complements the warm wood cabinetry. The laundry room adds a fun touch with a classic checkered floor.

We love working on fun remodel projects like this one! It’s a great example of how a beautiful home can be designed to fit your style and lifestyle perfectly. 🤎

Parade of Homes | Home #13 | Built by Lautz Lassig Custom Builders Inc. 🤎🏡

A beautiful blend of country charm, warmth, and timeless design, inspired by its setting on the farm. The flooring throughout the home creates a warm, cohesive foundation, bringing a natural feel to each space while complementing the wood ceiling, beams, trim, and cabinetry.

The flooring continues to tie the home together in the bathrooms, where a warm, wood-inspired tile laid in a classic herringbone design adds texture and character to the shower while keeping with the home’s rustic, country-inspired style.🛁

Every selection works together to create a home that feels warm, welcoming, and naturally connected to its surroundings. 🤎🌾

You may recognize these stairs from Home #10, the winning home in this year’s Parade of Homes! 🤎🏆

A timeless stairway moment. A stair runner can do more than add softness — it can help bring an entire space together.

This neutral patterned Stanton Carpet runner, found in our showroom, adds warmth and texture while beautifully complementing the natural wood treads and black railing details.

Thoughtful material selections like these create a cohesive, intentional look that feels both classic and current — designed to stay beautiful for years to come.
