There’s a point in this journey we’re thinking stops being enough. We’re the only way back to yourself is through the body, through taste and touch and the actual feelings of being inside your own skin again.

That’s what sexuality is…being fully present in our bodies. Not a “sin” used to contain us, not something to fear. But a presence, a power. And when we fully accept and integrate into our skin, There’s nothing stopping us from changing the world.

Today choose to focus on one of the five senses and see how being present to what you experience reshapes how you see the world.

We inherit more than eye color from our mothers. We inherit what they believed was possible for them.

This isn’t always about your actual mother. Sometimes it’s the feminine itself, the part of us our culture forced us to push down, to hideaway.

In learning more about ourselves and the feminine we take one more step on this journey.
