I welcome each and every one of you to come by and see the miraculous makeover of our kitchen cabinets! I promise you will be blown away, as we are. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH for all of your tireless work on our project!

Ours was a job fraught with issues since even before any materials were received. Covid-19 supply chain issues delayed receipt of our originally installed cabinets, and when they arrived, TriPointe's installers correctly noted a number of issues with the doors and drawer fronts, from warping to mismatched stain and finish, to what appeared to be poorly designed hinges for the vertically opening doors.

Jessica, TriPointe's post-sale customer support, was immediately and constantly responsive to the original and ongoing issues, dedicating herself to the resolution of all issues through the four plus years and multiple iterations of fix attempts by ILG, then getting Furniture Medic involved. THANK YOU, Jessica, for never giving up!

Hats off to all Furniture Medic "surgeons," as well! Mindy, Luke and Jason, thank you for understanding the vision and for assembling the perfect team to achieve the desired outcome.Your expertise was apparent from our very first meeting, and very much appreciated throughout the fairly short period of time required to identify a solution -- beginning essentially from the start, with new materials, to create the wonderfully rich-stained, soft satin finish pieces we had been lacking for over four long years.

John and I were very impressed by the specific talents and professionalism of Roberto and John. Both worked efficiently, paying close attention to every detail, including clean-up, which speaks to their conscientiousness.

In less than a half hour, Roberto solved the years long faulty hinge issue, not by replacing the existing hinges, but by adjusting a pair of anchor points for each of the hinges -- a four year old problem solved in less than an hour! His expertise at installing and adjusting each piece was obvious, and very much appreciated.

We learned that John was the one who performed all of the staining and finishing of our new pieces, and we benefited from his experience and obvious artistic talents not only in seeing the beauty of the new pieces, but also in his on-site touch-up skills.

John and I are beyond pleased with the outcome of Furniture Medic's product and work, and we realize, with gratitude, that none of this would have been possible if not for Jessica's exceptional and unbending "extra mile" customer service.

It's been a long road to this exceptional outcome. Thank you ALL for making the sometimes frustrating, but ultimately very rewarding journey with us.
