For almost 2½ years, Blue has been a valued part of our team as a dispatcher. Now, she’s getting ready to turn the page to an exciting new chapter as she transitions into our HVAC department as a technician at the beginning of November! 🔧❄️🔥

We couldn’t be prouder of her willingness to learn, determination to grow, and the grit she brings to everything she does. Blue has shown us that growth happens when you embrace new challenges, stay curious, and keep pushing yourself to become better!

Blue is passionate about helping others and serving hands-on, whether that means taking care of our customers in their homes or serving through her church. When asked who had one of the biggest influences on her career path, Blue shared that Todd, our Service Manager, helped her in more ways than he will ever know. That kind of impact is what being part of the Weeks family is all about! 🙌

Above all, Blue treasures spending time with her two beautiful, amazing, kindhearted stepchildren. ❤️

*Weeks Wednesday Employee Spotlight* For almost 10 years, Melinda has been a valued part of our Customer Service Department, and one thing has remained constant throughout her time at Weeks, her genuine passion for helping others. ❤️
In fact, one of the biggest influences on Melinda’s career path goes all the way back to elementary school. A special shoutout to Mrs. Glasgow, who taught Melinda an important lesson that she has carried with her throughout her life: there is a special joy and good feeling that comes from helping others. What a beautiful lesson to carry forward! 💕
Anyone who works with Melinda knows she brings that same spirit to our office every day. Her coworkers describe her as friendly, funny, caring, big-hearted, spunky, and an all-around beautiful person. She truly has a way of making the people around her smile and feel welcome. 😊
When Melinda isn't helping customers, you might find her getting creative with one of her favorite hobbies, jewelry making! 💎 She is incredibly talented at working with beads and creating unique pieces. We love seeing that creative side of her!
Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband and their cat, who bring them both so much joy. 🐱❤️ When they are not laughing at their cat chasing a toy or playing around the house, you can find them enjoying a football game or watching NASCAR together. Melinda proudly cheers for the Chicago Bears, and when it comes to NASCAR, her favorite driver is Denny Hamlin. 🏁 Melinda and her husband also enjoy trying different restaurants, but her all-time favorite is BJ’s, thanks to the incredible variety of choices and, of course, the consistently great service!
