It was a wonderful weekend to be back !! Thank you to all of the customers who shopped our space and supported so many great small businesses this past weekend 🩷. Thank you to all of the Lucketts Store team for putting on an amazing event! Huge thanks to Anne Garden Gatherings for helping me think outside the box 😉 and for her expert eye on setting up the space!! And, on a personal note, thank you to my little "team"... John, Rick, Katie and Danny for loading, packing, set-up and tear down. Love you all!

Calling all collectors of rare wines and spirits, I need help. I am in possession of this super cool bottle of unopened Chartreuse, dated 1876, and I can't seem to find its true value. I love the bottle itself (especially the etched logo) and I have done a little research myself, but if anyone out there can help me appraise it, please dm me or let me know in comments. Thanks!!

For me, it's always nice to put a face behind a shop account. So, after nearly 14 years in business, I thought it was time to introduce myself. Hi, I'm Syd, owner of Rust & Feathers. If I had to describe my style, I'd say "Organic Industrial". Not sure if that's a thing, but I love a mix of man-made industrial pieces and natural objects. Favorite things to collect - antique bottles, scales, fans, typewriters, cameras, books, watercolor landscapes and I have a particular passion for nautical and "lodge-y" vintage items like ship lanterns, pond boats, paddles, fishing creels, trapper baskets. Antique English pine furniture will always be my go-to in my own home. Favorite antique "era" - 1920's/30's industrial (I even love the fashions of that time...well, except for womens shoes 😬) If I didn't own an antique shop I'd probably open a boutique clothing store. So, that's a little about me... thanks for stopping by. The additional photos are some of my personal collections ☺️

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who voted for us for 'Favorite Antique Shop' in Loudoun's Favorites! Although we didn't make #1, we're thrilled with 'Runner Up' ... especially since we're in good company with Lucketts Store!
