Not all projects are done in newer homes with functional plumbing. drywall instead of plaster. Retro unlevel kitchen floors. Or maybe even a vanity inside your bedroom 🤔. Let’s see what we can do about this neglected old house.

Insulated garage ceiling. 5/8 drywall. New recessed lighting. Added outlets. Drywall. Waterlock paint on walls. Retro fit garage door tracks best I could. Epoxy floors should be done any day. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

For the 100s of jobs I’ve done over the almost ten years in business… I only have 10 recommendations. I have constant tags and referrals which is amazing but for my business and credit ability …it’s lacking. Even when I ask customers to leave a review they just typically comment on their bathroom/kitchen projects I post. So if I have done some work for you. Or a family member. Spend 30 seconds and speak your mind. Pros or cons. Im not a salesman by any means. I’m just here to work hard and do things to the best of my abilities.

Another one wrapped up. Removed old tub insert. Converted it into a full walk in shower. Nice big 24x48” tile. A little creativity with the niche because being located against exterior walls. New black fixtures and shower door. New lvp flooring new vanity and finish it all off when a fresh new paint job. Call for your free estimate!!!

Before and after. Had a 32x32” small shower insert. Made linen closet smaller and have them a 32x48” shower. Green vertical subway tile. New gold fixtures and shower door. New vanity top. 2 sconce lights instead of a single light above mirror. New toilet lvp flooring and removed wall paper. New paint and trim to finish it all off.

Wrapping up this rental property. Long list but moved and removed some walls. Added recessed lighting, new baseboard and trim, new bifold doors, door hardware. New shower and tub, new vanity’s and toilets. And finished off with a brand new kitchen and backsplash supplied by empire. (Waiting on dishwasher).
