This homeowner had old, blown-in fiberglass insulation that had seen better days. We came in and gave the attic a complete upgrade from the top down.

✅ Complete insulation removal — removed the old blown-in fiberglass
✅ Thorough air sealing — sealed penetrations and gaps before installing new insulation
✅ R-13 fiberglass batts — installed between the framing
✅ R-49 fiberglass batts — installed perpendicular to the first layer to help reduce thermal bridging and improve overall insulation performance

The result? A cleaner, better-sealed attic with a properly layered insulation system designed to improve comfort and energy efficiency.
