A little tight on space, but we made it happen! 🌿💚 I was back at IVFMD in Naples yesterday for a private potting bar event, and I loved every minute!

After visiting six of their offices over the summer, being invited back to Naples and Jupiter means so much to me. Naples was a joy, and I’m so excited for Jupiter next!

Thank you, IVFMD, for welcoming Tangled Roots Potting Bar back for more planting, creating, and connecting! 🪴✨

🍍 My fermentation adventures continue… meet TEPACHE!

This traditional Mexican drink is made by fermenting pineapple peels with water, sugar and sometimes spices like cinnamon and cloves. Think sweet, tangy pineapple goodness with a little natural fizz! ✨

I love that it turns something we usually toss into a refreshing drink—less waste, simple ingredients and a fun little kitchen experiment. 🌿

Fermentation can also produce live bacteria and yeasts with potential probiotic health benefits.

Have you tried tepache? Let me know below! 🍍💛

Apparently my journey from plant lady to full-blown hippie now includes becoming a kombucha brewmaster! 🌿✌️🫙

My fermentation station is busy, and this round I brewed blueberry mint, lemon ginger, and honey apple! 🫐🌱🍋🍎🍯

Some people collect shoes… I collect plants, jars, and living cultures. 😂 At this rate, tie-dye might become my official uniform!

Curious about kombucha or want to learn along with me? Send me a message! I’m still experimenting, but I’m happy to share what I’m learning. 💚

Peace, love, and a little fermentation!
