DIY Done Right! 🧱✨

Talk about a transformation! This La Mesa homeowner took on their entire hardscape project 100% DIY style. Using the Semplice retaining wall blocks from RCP Block & Brick, they created a beautiful front border wall and entrance steps leading to a pathway toward the front door.

Mar Vista High Stadium

This fully renovated high school sports stadium project was designed by local architects, Lord Architecture. Completed in 2026, concrete block was used for new storage and concession buildings. The architect chose to use masonry for its durability and longevity while using attractive ground face and specialty glazed block units to show off the beauty of block.

This backyard transformation is one for the books! 🙌

The talented team at Accurate Grading & Demo – www.accurategradingandpaving.com – transformed this La Mesa backyard from a challenging space into a beautiful, functional outdoor retreat.

The project features the newly designed Keystone Straight-Face retaining wall blocks from RCP Block & Brick, which were used to create multiple retaining wall tiers that maximize usable yard space; as well as used to build a stunning centerpiece stairway leading to the lower yard. They completed the design using the Catalan concrete pavers paired with lush artificial turf for a clean, low-maintenance finish. A combination of quality craftsmanship with premium hardscape materials from RCP Block & Brick, this backyard was transformed into a space the family can enjoy for years to come.
