🏠 Project Spotlight: Big Upgrade in Forest Park East 🙌🏼
(Check out more stories like the one below on our website at www.kfxroofing.com/projects )
When this Forest Park East homeowner called KFX Roofing, they were dealing with an aging three-tab roof, missing shingles from storm damage, and concerns about water potentially making its way into the home.
Our team came out, identified the damage, and helped the homeowner understand what needed to happen next. From there, we worked alongside them through the insurance process, carefully documenting the storm damage and the different components of the roofing system to help demonstrate why a full replacement was necessary.
Once the replacement was approved, it was time to get to work!
Our crew completed the entire roof replacement in just one day, upgrading the home from its old three-tab roof to a brand-new Owens Corning roofing system. We also installed new seamless gutters and gutter guards around the entire home, completing the transformation and giving the homeowner added protection from top to bottom.
Shingle Selection: Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration, Williamsburg Gray
Warranty: Owens Corning Preferred Protection Warranty
Upgrades: New Seamless Gutters & Gutter Guards
What started with missing shingles and concerns about water intrusion ended with a completely updated roofing system built to protect this home for decades to come.
We’re grateful this homeowner trusted KFX Roofing to help them through the process and take care of their home! 🏡
