🎨🌿 OCTOBER SPOTLIGHTS ARE HERE! 🌿🎨

A little art, a little plant obsession, and a whole lot of color!

We’re a little late sharing our October spotlight, but there’s a good reason why!

🎨 Artist of the Month: Jenny Landis

We had an unexpected change in our artist lineup this month, and Jenny was kind enough to step in on short notice! We can’t thank her enough for helping us out and sharing her beautiful artwork with our community. 🖤

Her pieces are bursting with vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and so much personality! Be sure to stop in and check out her work on display throughout October.

🪴 Plant of the Month: Monstera Black Onyx

Dark, dramatic, and full of character! The Monstera Black Onyx brings a moody twist to a houseplant favorite with its gorgeous deep green foliage.

✨ Enjoy 10% off Monstera Black Onyx throughout October!

Come show Jenny some love, admire some local art, and maybe take home a new plant while you’re here!

🎃🌿 LITTLE SPROUTS CLUB — HALLOWEEN EDITION! 👻

The Little Sprouts Club is back, and we're getting a little spooky for October!

For this workshop, our Little Sprouts will be creating TWO Halloween themed plant projects to take home!

🔥 A Spooky Cauldron: We'll plant a colorful Croton Mammy into a locally 3D-printed black cauldron. With its fiery orange, red and yellow foliage, it'll look like flames coming right out of the pot!

🎃 A Jack-O-Lantern Pumpkin: Each child will also plant a Heartleaf Philodendron into their very own 3D-printed pumpkin pot. As it grows, its trailing vines will give their pumpkin a fun, planty twist!

We'll walk the kids through planting both projects, teach them a little about their new plants and how to care for them, and let them get their hands dirty while having some Halloween fun!
Each child will leave with TWO plants in TWO spooky pots that they created themselves!

🗓️ Saturday, October 24th
⏰ 10:00–11:00 AM
🌱 Ages 6–12
🎟️ Only 10 spots available
💚 $25 per child

All plants, pots and supplies are included. No experience needed!
Spots are limited to just 10 Little Sprouts, so be sure to reserve your child's spot before they're gone!

Halloween is slowly creeping into Square Root. 🎃🌿

We just got in some new 4" Halloween planters, including these little skulls and book planters, and I’m kind of obsessed with how cute they are once you add a plant. 💀📖

Just a little something fun for spooky season and an excuse to give some of your smaller plants a Halloween home. 🖤

We’ve got a few different ones around the shop now if you want to come see them in person. 👻
