Another install completed to perfection. This repeat customer had a pipe burst in the concrete slab that required a good bit of concrete removal to be done before we could get to our end of the installation. After a sub par job on the concrete patch by a company's name we won't mention, who refused to come back and make it right, these homeowners took it upon themselves to fix the issues the other guys left behind. And let me tell you guys..... I am sooo impressed with their work. These homeowners made the other "professionals " work look like a practice run. Carmela Brown-Nelson, you and your husband did an AMAZING job getting the concrete back level and smooth. Kudos to you guys. Your hard work and attention to detail made making your lower level match your 2nd floor, sooo much easier. Thank you for trusting us with your home.

Another install we finished up this past week. The existing carpet from the original build just wasn't what it once was, and the homeowner was looking for a change. He wanted something that would not only hold up to messes, but also something waterproof and durable. Shaws waterproof LVP fit every one of his requirements. We found a color they loved and got the process on its way.
The end results left them smiling with nothing but good things to say about the new look. When you love what you do, it shows in your work.

This is why I love what I do. Being able to put what I consider to be "my artwork" in people's homes is rewarding enough in itself, but the feedback we get from each and every one of our customers drives us to keep doing what we're doing. I love what I do and it shows.

Another one completed this week for a repeat customer. This customer is pretty much family at this point. Not only have we completed her entire home, but we've done her son's home as well. These guys have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From liking and sharing my work, to positive encouragement at the gym, this family is one of my favorites. Andrea Dukes McCray thank you for trusting me with your home. And thanks even more for treating me like family. Love you guys. Lorenzo McCray your family is nothing shy of amazing.
