Took this plain, dirty, stained garage floor and turned it into a clean, fresh-looking floor that’s much easier to maintain!
This is a more basic epoxy paint system that costs significantly less than some of the higher-end options, but still gives the garage a great finished look.

Something to consider for all you homeowners. Many homes have these or would benefit from them. What is this? It is a pop up drain for your rain gutter down spout. This allows the rainwater to exit 5ft-10ft away from your house instead of all that water flowing right up against the foundation. Hit me up if this is something that you would like to learn more about!

Removed a set of oversized fence panels that were originally being used as gates but had failed over time due to improper sizing and construction. The original 12-ft opening was too wide for the panels, so we reconfigured the layout for better function and durability.
We installed a new post to reduce the opening to 8 ft total and built two properly sized 4-ft gates to replace the old setup. The new gates now operate smoothly and are correctly supported for long-term use.

Another happy customer! The old double sink and faucet was removed and upgraded the kitchen with a new stainless steel single-bowl sink, new drain plumbing, and a new garbage disposal. Turned out great!

This project included installing a picture ledge around the entryway with coat hooks along a portion of it, then painting the lower section white. It was a great upgrade that added both function and style to the space.

This was a successful project. First, I took out the old lights and custom-made a mounting board for the new lights to fit over the siding. In all, 6 new lights were installed, and the customer was extremely pleased with the result.
