Seminole Stump Grinding LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable individual who wants more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who wants the opportunity to learn, take on responsibility, make more money, and grow with our company long-term.
We are an established and growing landscape & tree service company serving Bradenton, Sarasota, and surrounding areas. As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person who can start hands-on in the field and potentially develop into a crew leader, foreman, estimator, salesperson, or other key position within the company.
🌴 WHERE YOU’LL START
You will begin working hands-on with our crew in the field.
Our work includes:
• Landscaping & landscape installations
• Tree trimming & removals
• Stump grinding
• Lawn maintenance
• Irrigation & repairs
• Sod installation
• Pavers & hardscaping
• Mulch, rock & plant installations
• Property cleanups
• Pressure washing & other outdoor property services
You’ll learn how our jobs are completed from start to finish and how we expect our customers and their properties to be treated.
This is physical outdoor work. You will get dirty, work in the Florida heat, and some days will be longer than others.

💪 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in landscaping and/or tree work is strongly preferred, but experience alone does not make someone a good employee.
We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Professional around customers
✅ Able to communicate well
✅ Willing to learn
✅ Able to follow directions
✅ Able to take initiative
✅ Comfortable with physical labor
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat
✅ Interested in taking on more responsibility
✅ Available to work weekends when needed
✅ Willing to work longer days when necessary
✅ Willing to travel for same-day jobs throughout North and South Florida when needed — no overnight stays
Bilingual is a PLUS.
Irrigation experience is a PLUS.
Experience driving trucks and trailers is a BIG PLUS.
A valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
