If you’re thinking about replacing your windows, you should have a realistic idea of the cost before someone shows up to give you an estimate.
For a typical 16-window Colorado home, WestPro’s 2026 pricing guide puts full-frame replacement around $24,000 to $41,500, depending on the product tier. A mid-range vinyl project typically falls between $29,000 and $34,000.
One important note: our per-window pricing is based on a standard 3’×5’ window. Whole-home totals account for the realistic mix of smaller, average, and larger windows found throughout a home, so they won’t match a simple per-window multiplication.
Window count isn’t the whole story either. Size, material, configuration, interior trim, installation conditions, and local energy-code requirements can all affect the final number. An accurate price for your home requires measurements and a project-specific estimate.
The goal isn’t to find the lowest number. It’s to understand what you’re paying for so you can make the right decision for your home.
