Are you passionate about bringing people together, organizing successful events, and making a difference in your community?
Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organized professional to lead our events, volunteer engagement, and community outreach efforts across Gregg, Harrison, and Upshur counties!
💰 Starting Salary: $50,000/year + Benefits
📍 Longview, TX | Full-Time | Salaried
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
✅ Plan and execute fundraising events, volunteer activities, and community outreach initiatives.
✅ Build relationships with sponsors, donors, businesses, and community partners.
✅ Recruit, coordinate, and recognize volunteers.
✅ Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, and timelines.
✅ Represent Habitat at community events and networking opportunities.
✅ Help create memorable experiences that support our mission of building homes, communities, and hope.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ At least 3 years of experience planning and executing large or complex events.
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
✔️ Experience working with sponsors, donors, volunteers, or community partners.
✔️ Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business technology.
✔️ Reliable transportation and ability to pass required background screenings.
Some evening and Saturday work is required. Mileage reimbursement is available for approved personal vehicle use.
