430 FEET OF FENCE. 3½ DAYS. ONE TOUGH TEXAS JOB.
We recently had the opportunity to take our work from Louisiana all the way to Texas! We installed a 6ā Highland Vinyl Privacy Fence that gave us a run for our money!
Ya know what they sayā¦āeverythingās bigger in Texas!ā Well, that counts for the challenges, too! The Texas ground was unlike anything our Louisiana crew was accustomed to. With extremely dry conditions, deep cracks throughout the soil, and Austin Chalk making every post a challenge, the job required some serious problem-solving, patience and determination.
After the first day, it was clear that the original approach wasnāt going to cut it. Our crew adjusted, came up with a new plan & went to work!
We didnāt give up. We figured it out.
And in just 3½ days, 430 feet of fence was completed. šŖš¼
Of course, this job came with its share of unexpected momentsāincluding one VERY memorable one. š„
While grinding, a spark caught the incredibly dry ground and before we knew it, the fire was spreading quickly. Thankfully, water hoses were nearby & we were able to get it extinguished before it became something much more serious.
Thank God for those water hoses! šš¼
Like every construction project, there were hiccups and obstacles along the way. But our crew takes pride in finding solutions, doing the job right & seeing a project through to the finish line.
And while we are incredibly proud of the finished product, the customer is what made this particular job so special.
From the very beginning, our customer welcomed our crew with open arms. He went above and beyond to make sure we all felt at home, cooking meals for us every night & even getting out there and working alongside us to help build his own fence.
That kind of hospitality and willingness to lend a hand doesnāt go unnoticed.
We are truly grateful for customers like this. Customers who trust us with their property, welcome our crew like family & make a long-distance job feel right at home.
The finished fence is strong, steady and built to last for many years to comeāand weāre proud to have been the ones to build it.
Weāre also incredibly thankful for the opportunity to bring our work from Louisiana into Texas. Itās pretty amazing to see how far a good reputation can travel. Word of mouth doesnāt stop at the state line! š¤
To our Texas customerāthank you for trusting us, welcoming us, feeding our crew, working alongside us & making this such a great experience. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity and look forward to whatever the future may bring!
