It’s been a while since I’ve shown my face here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself.

I’m Erick Garcia, founder of Maison Trouvaille, a Los Angeles–based interior design studio.

Born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, I’ve spent nearly twenty years exploring my passion for interiors, architecture, art, and design. My work is rooted in creating spaces that feel collected, timeless, and deeply personal.

As Maison Trouvaille continues to evolve, I look forward to sharing more of our work, what inspires me, and a little more of the person behind the studio.

The bathroom is perhaps the most personal room in a home, a place for ritual, reflection and pause. I’ve always approached its design as a sanctuary, shaped around the individual who inhabits it. Here, a freestanding copper bath becomes both a functional object and an architectural presence, its material designed to acquire character and patina with time.
