The chickens are still laying a great amount of eggs even though the days are getting shorter and it's getting colder, we've since added muscovy ducks so now and we get quite a few eggs from them too. It's definitely time to start winterizing the coop

It's time to prep the heater for my garage, I still don't have the radiant floors hooked yet up so I'm still using my diesel heater, it's actually a great little setup and works quite well for what it is. And yes I'll wrap the pipe before I actually use it.

Chickens love a good pumpkin and it you plan it out right they will carve a funny face for you, this is really good for your chickens and you get a nice pumpkin after, just be warned you don't want to leave it there too long there might be nothing left lol

Replying to here are my Ayam Cemanis and my Cemani X Apenzellar cross, I really like these birds, they are gental, lay well and look awesome! I've got big plans for these birds this spring when I build them their own separate coop.

These are our animals, and I guess a quick tour of the feilds, we definitely want to grow the heard and eventually I will be getting a few more cows for my bbq, and well the birds I can never get enough of.

It's diesel heater season!! And I got a brand new Wippro to test out. This thing is sleek looking and works extremely well! A few weeks ago while surfing market place I came across a old tent trailer for dirt cheap that seemed to be in good shape and just needed TLC, well in 1 day we painted the inside and changed all the counters to solid wood. This thing should be alot of fun to tow around the property, maybe sleep in the alpaca feild!?

It's that time of the year where I get my chickens to carve my pumpkins and this year they did another fantastic job, i love how these things turn out super creepy looking especially when you light them up at night, it's a win-win you get carved pumpkins and your chickens get a great healthy snack

The garage is finally complete, the last thing I needed to do was install the final flashing where the new kennel roof meets the garage and I just did it. I'm extremely happy with how it all turned out and how it looks, and I'm pretty sure my dogs love it too!

I made my little behind the couch table with a couple 2x4's, we still use it everyday and everyone loves it, it's so easy and cheap to build!
