Don’t wait on your dream home. 💭

"We're waiting to build once rates come down."

We hear it all the time, and we get it. But while you're waiting, life keeps moving. 🏡
The kids keep growing. The guest room fills up with boxes. And that lot you loved? Another family might be picking paint colors for it right now.

Home prices and building costs aren't coming down. Waiting for the "perfect rate" could mean paying more for the house and missing out on the one that fits your family.

That's why so many families are choosing to marry the house, date the rate. Commit to a custom floor plan built around the way you live. If rates dip down the road, refinancing may be an option.

The rate is temporary. Your forever home isn't.

Your family's next chapter doesn't have to wait. Connect with a Taylor Homes New Home Consultant today, and let's start building the home you'll love for years to come.

We build custom homes in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and surrounding areas. At Taylor Homes we have become the regions premier home builder. Contact us Today!

With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1,720 square feet, it pairs a split-bedroom layout and a vaulted great room with a primary suite that has a walk-in closet and dual sinks. Busy days get easier, too, thanks to a mudroom/laundry combo, a covered porch, and a two-car garage. Best of all, it's fully customizable, so you can shape it into your forever home.
