Highview Hardware is a family-owned, independent hardware store in Louisville, Kentucky, that has served the local community since 1958.

History and Atmosphere
• Local Staple: Operating for decades, the store is known for its classic, small-town hardware store charm.

• Customer Service: Reviewers on Yelp and Nextdoor frequently praise the staff as friendly, honest, and highly knowledgeable.

• Product Depth: Patrons note that the store often carries hard-to-find specialty parts and everyday items for older homes, saving DIYers trips to large big-box retailers.

Specialties and Unique Services
• Repairs and Sharpening: Offers blade and tool sharpening, window and screen repair, lamp repair, and small engine maintenance for equipment like lawnmowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and weed-eaters.

• Utility Services: Functions as a U-Haul neighborhood dealer for truck, van, and trailer rentals.

• Supplies: Carries bulk sand and dirt, lawn care supplies, propane refills, and a surprisingly eclectic mix of general goods.
