One thing about us is we’re 24 hours, no matter what it is, no hot water to busted pipes to drywall falling, we will come no matter if it’s an hour, 2 hours, 3 hours draft, we will come and get it done to make sure the customer stays happy. We’re heading out to one in Elizabeth, Indiana that’s been without hot water and the last person said that they would not be able to get it done until next week. They gave me a call. I got it through with the warranty company and got him putting it in the same day.
