This 6 month project was a full renovation of the entire property. We have all new plumbing, high efficiency water heater and all new drain system, all new high efficiency furnace and A/C and new duct work, new dining room addition, tile floor, new windows, new exterior doors, all new kitchen with our premium cabinets, granite countertops and tile backsplash, new whirlpool appliances, all new bathroom with all new fixtures, pedestal sink, tub and surround, tile floor, we refinished the original hardwood floors, built a Trex deck with all pvc trim and rails, a new metal garage, new privacy fence, a much needed retaining wall in the front yard with drainage, new landscaping, foundation repair and water intrusion repair in the basement, tree removal as needed, new paint on everything exterior and interior, new lighting and added ceiling fans in both bedrooms and kitchen, finished the attic space, all new blown in insulation and wall insulation. All designs and all the work was done in house with the exception of the tree removal.
