A heavy duty clean and refinish of the exterior doors and soffits with marine varnish to match made the exterior of this residence brand-new.

Decking replacement job. The maintenance on this Ipe decking was adding up 💰💰💰...So we replaced the natural wood with this composite from TimberTech giving us the opportunity to clean the TPO roof and custom heated copper trough as well as butyl tape the sleepers. Now to refinish the cap rail.
