There’s actual science behind why a backyard pool feels like an instant vacation! 🧠💦

Coined by marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols, the "Blue Mind" effect refers to the mildly meditative state our brains enter when we are in, on, or near water—naturally lowering stress hormones, slowing our heart rate, and boosting overall happiness.

Ready to bring daily stress relief to your own backyard? Reach out to Pleasure Pools with any questions! 🌊😌
