McCarthy Custom Homes

09/08/2026

We’ve had quite a few new people following our page lately, so we thought it was a good time to say welcome! 👋

We’re Chris and Shannon McCarthy, owners of McCarthy Custom Homes.

For more than 20 years, we’ve helped homeowners take their ideas—sometimes even the “I don’t know if this is possible” ones—and turn them into homes that work better for the way they actually live.

🏠 Whole-home remodels
🔨 Additions
🏡 ADUs
✨ Kitchens & bathrooms
🛠️ New construction & custom homes

We’re a family-owned and operated company, and a huge part of our business has always come from referrals and word of mouth. We don’t take that trust lightly.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more of our completed projects, before & afters, projects currently underway, remodeling ideas, and some helpful information for anyone thinking about renovating or building.

We’re currently booking projects for February 2027 and beyond, serving homeowners from Buckley north through Maple Valley, Issaquah, Sammamish, Fall City and Redmond.

Thanks for following along! And if there’s something you’d like to see us talk about—costs, timelines, permits, remodeling, ADUs, building new, or anything else—drop it in the comments. We’re always happy to answer questions.
