Not every ditch is a stream. 👀🌿

Before we could move forward with this backyard project, we had to prove that we were not building near an **ephemeral drainage channel**. The city came out a few times to confirm we had no consistent water flow and no trout habitat.

It's important to see how confirming the land that we are permitting, can make all the difference in what our clients want to get built.

What’s not to love about a winding staircase?! 🌀🙌

Our clients were curious about adding one to their backyard, so we took them for a little test drive! 😂

Sometimes you just have to see it, walk it, and experience it before making the decision!
