Another faucet repair complete.

This tenant was dealing with a persistent tub spout drip/leak. After troubleshooting, found the issue was with the valve stems, including a hairline crack in one of the stem assemblies.

Replaced the faulty parts, reassembled everything, restored the water, and thoroughly tested the faucet. No more active leak! ✅

Another repair completed without having to tear into the tub surround or replace the entire valve.

Another rental maintenance job knocked out!

This tenant-occupied bathroom had a severely backed-up tub and sink caused by a heavy buildup of hair. Both drains snaked, cleared the blockage, tested everything with plenty of water, and made sure both were draining properly before cleaning up.

Keeping rental properties functional, clean, and ready for the next tenant is what we do.

This apartment is ready for a new tenant. Freshly painted walls, trim, and doors. Repaired drain lines and stripped down paint off the tub to original finish. Paint under sink cabinets and adjusted the AC wall unit boxes to slope towards the exterior correctly.
