Building Material Suppliers Association is a trade association serving independent building material dealers and their suppliers. In January 2014, the Ohio Construction Suppliers Association and the Southern Building Material Association merged to form BMSA. The territory we serve is North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee & Virginia. We provide programs and services to help members grow their businesses. We are the industry resource for our members.

The future of our industry is being shaped by leaders who are willing to learn, grow, and invest in others.

Cohort 2 of BMSA’s Built to Lead program gathered this week for the two-day kickoff session led by Derek Deprey. Through engaging discussions, hands-on leadership training, and peer collaboration, participants began building the tools needed to lead with greater impact in their organizations.

From vision-setting and accountability to creating a culture of feedback, these emerging leaders are already putting leadership into practice. Our new Installed Sales Roundtable is off to a great start!
