Couple of patches I did this week. Patched the Sheetrock on Tuesday. Had it all painted and cleaned up Wednesday. 100% would never know there was a patch there even with shinning a light over the patches with the lights off.

Fun stuff. Few patches I recently did so we could see where duct work and plumbing lines were at. The condo is ready to be rented out again… Holes cut, backing and drywall put back up, patches coated, sanded , primed, painted, and cleaned up in 4 days.

I’ve been bouncing around all over the place for work. I am directly employed by a GC and do more than just drywall now, which I enjoy. But here’s a few exterior soffit patches I did today.

Had to cut out 2 holes the rest were already cut out. Then I added backing and plugged up the holes. Then I meshed and pre-filled and paper tapped around the edges next to the wood got them all coated. Half day on Tuesday and they’ll all be textured. I get Monday off, PAID! 🤙
