Move over little deck boys! Let the real men take over! In a world of everyone TRYING to build a deck, we have ZERO competition! We build QUALITY decks from the ground up.
Starting out by using premium wood which has over 90% fewer knots, we sand every deck completely for a splinter free, smooth finish, we miter all our corners, and have a system to our decks that make them a 1 off. No one can build them the way we do unless we teach them. Quality craftsmanship combined with quality material equals quality finish. Big shout out to Kenneth Palmer and his guy making this deck come to life! At the end of the day our customer told us they have had 7 flip houses 7 pools and 7 pool decks and this one was by far the nicest one they have ever had. Couldn’t have happened with out the help of Mr Kenneth Palmer, the man is a machine and worked me like a dog but big glad to have teamed up such a go getter! On to the next deck! 💪🏼

We’re Raising Decks All Summer Long!!

Leech’s Construction is back at it full tilt this year, as we start off with this beauty! The customer had some structural issues from water damage and the previous contractor not doing their job. Something that truly hurts to see. We all work hard in this community for the dollars we make and when we make a big purchase like a home, we expect it to be done right the first time. Fortunately we addressed the issue prior to installing the deck and made sure to not only replace all the rotten parts of the home but we do it right, water tight. We had multiple people driving by admiring this deck and when the customer came home to see it, they were just as excited. On to the next one!! 💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We’re one of the few contractors that can pull permits because of the work we do, the surrounding cities and towns trust us to do it right the first time!

This faux floor saved our customer an expensive plumbing bill. We created a landing to accommodate going from an exterior door that swings in to an interior door that swings away with new trim so they can make full use of their addition that was built. Now on to laying the flooring!!
