Earlier this year, as part of our 50th anniversary, we made a commitment to give back to 50 families in the communities we call home.

This community is the reason we are still here after 50 years. It means everything to show up for it.

For our 50th year + our 10th year as an ESOP, we gave our location leaders one challenge:

Find one thing that could transform your breakroom into an Owners Lounge. No playbook. No script. Just -- what does your crew actually deserve?

What came back was better than we expected.

Some locations tackled the furniture -- real sectionals, tables that actually fit the whole crew, seating that respects the fact that these people have been on their feet all day. Some went for fresh paint, game rooms, and entertainment setups. Some built out locker areas that finally work. Some went all out -- full gyms. Squat racks, free weights, cardio equipment, the whole thing. At least two locations built gyms from the ground up.

Every single location did something. Not because they had to. Because we want spaces our employee owners are proud of. Swipe to see a few of our favorites.
