Before joining us, Larissa was juggling tenants, maintenance calls, and a whole lot of problem-solving on the fly as a property manager. Our owner, Jeff, needed someone bilingual to better serve our customers and knew she'd be a perfect fit.

Now, Larissa is the glue connecting our showroom to our customers. Her day is spent communicating internally with our team and externally with clients, plus handling translations so every customer gets the same great experience.
