This guest bedroom at our beach house project is ready for guests! The architect originally intended this room to be an office, but because these clients have four grown children and lots of grandchildren, they needed all of the extra bedrooms they could get! We found this bed that fit perfectly in the nook without blocking too much of the windows. Still left room for a dresser and beautiful navy wicker skirted console table!

Beach house kitchen project complete ✔️

In a new build, it’s all about layering in character. We introduced a wood ceiling to add warmth, texture, and a sense of timelessness to the space.

From the very beginning, we knew the range hood had to be the focal point, so we designed a custom hood that would truly make a statement. Paired with this stunning Bali Blue stone—its movement reminiscent of ocean waves—it became the perfect blend of artistry and coastal inspiration.

Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create a kitchen that feels as warm and inviting as it is unforgettable. 🌊

Swipe for the before!

A custom Kindel Karges table and built-in banquette secured with a fun Samuel & Sons tape and nailheads for this stunning kitchen water view at our recent beach house new build! The LEE Industries dining chairs are covered in a wipeable great new texture from Thibaut . We added wood detail ceiling to warm up the space. Snagged this vintage Ralph Lauren dish set at one of our favorite local shops Ormolu 🏖️☕️

Every detail tells the story—from the sea glass chandelier to the shell-framed mirror, this dining room is a love letter to coastal living without feeling cliché. 🐚
