There isn't anything more meaningful to me than this bag.
To most people, it's just a bag of ice melt. To me, it's a legacy. It's a picture of the person who helped make me who I am today.
It's a picture of a 9-year-old kid working alongside his dad, spreading ice melt. A kid who helped start this company and was prouder of it than just about anything.
His life was cut short, and there isn't a day that goes by that he isn't missed. But through the signs he left behind, and with the help of a good friend of mine in Canada, we were able to bring this idea to life and design something truly special.
Legacy Ice Melt.
Starting this week, our first 8,000 bags will be delivered to our shop, with thousands more heading to customers throughout the region.
I can't explain the emotions that come with seeing this become reality. What may look like ordinary packaging to someone else represents memories, hard work, dreams, and a promise to keep moving forward.
This bag represents the purpose and values we built this company on. It reminds me every day why we started, who we started it for, and why we continue to push forward.
His legacy isn't just printed on a bag. It's carried forward in everything we do.
Started by a legacy. Built to outlast the storm.
