So excited to finally share these amazing employee appreciation gifts for the customer solutions team at Carpenter Tech!
The total number was 104! Nathalie Reedy was our winner with 105!

My press auto pressed roughly 884 times to finish all of the sweatshirts and long sleeves, needless to say we both put in work!
Thank you Alyssa Albright for trusting me to create these gifts for your team ❤️

“I love your items you do an amazing job!”
I don’t always do an amazing job & I’m learning to give myself some grace.
I have messed up a few times, I’m very critical of myself, & in the end it causes a lot of anxiety.

Owning a business isn’t perfect, it’s not always easy, & I’m forever reminding myself that everything is handmade not machine made.

Case in point this tumbler, which technically was my lasers fault but still had me irritated nonetheless because I couldn’t match up the design once I reset the fault 2 times.

Happy Tuesday!

These boxes hold all of the blanks for one of my biggest projects to date & I cannot wait to show you them!

I was contacted by a friend to create employee appreciation gifts for their team!
They brought the vision and I made it happen!

How many items total do you think were in this order?
Put your guesses below for a chance at a custom tumbler of your choice!

If you know the correct amount no spoiling, wrong guesses only! 🤣
Once I have the all clear to post the finished products I’ll announce the winner! 🏆

Feel free to share & tag your friends!
