Another great review from one of our customers...

Sewer main replacement today.

Not the cleanest work, but someone’s gotta keep things flowing. Mini ex out and getting it done the right way.

If you’ve got slow drains, backups, or sewer issues in the Phoenix metro and surrounding areas, we handle repairs, replacements, and everything in between.

PARTNER FEATURE: BT Property Services – A Legacy For Colton

Les Townsend’s journey from Navy serviceman to founder of BT Property Services is rooted in faith, resilience, and a deep commitment to serving others — especially his son, Colton. After the pandemic closed his previous job, Les launched Big T Handyman Services, which organically grew into BT Property Services as demand expanded across the Valley. What began as work for a single client evolved into a thriving company of 16 employees, offering full-service solutions backed by Les’s general contractor and plumbing licenses. More than business growth, Les built the company as a legacy for his autistic son, who now works alongside him in the office. Guided by mentorship, strong values, and a passion for turning stressful situations into positive outcomes, Les and his team have earned a reputation as a trusted, one-stop shop for property managers and real estate partners. Outside of work, Les lives simply — as a devoted father, church drummer, and someone who consistently gives back through faith-based and community causes.

Congratulations Les on building a business and a life with so much purpose — your dedication to your son, your team, and your community is truly admirable, and the impact you’re making is meaningful and lasting 👏💪
