Smilax vine, 150 feet of it! I have a wedding on Saturday and prepping the vines is time consuming, to say nothing of prepping the flowers and other greens. BTS work isn’t glamorous, but it’s the most important part of floral work. Can’t wait to show you the finished product.

The season is coming to an end. 🥺 Making my notes on each variety. Who preformed best and why, who did I love and who will I eliminate from the field. Not every flower fills the vision I prefer. Thank you all so very much! Ended the final Davis Family Farmers Market - Oxford with a bang! New record sellout! Everything gone before noon!

It’s been a wonderful season, but it’s time to wrap it up and get ready to dig dahlias. There will be tubers for sale later this fall/early winter. After digging and dividing, I’ll post a list of what is available. It is possible that there will also be some available in spring.

I know! I said I had attended my last market of the season! But this happened tonight 😜. I will be at the final Davis Family Farmers Market - Oxford of the season, Saturday, 10/10! 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The weather Saturday is looking perfect. Hope to see everybody out enjoying the day!
