Back in Miami and moving forward on the cottage bathroom transformation. From a mold-infested space to the fun part—TILE! Rich blue feature tile, classic 3x12 subway tile, and deep blue pencil detailing bringing the entire design together. It’s all in the details.

More Than Just a Fence.

This 120-foot custom privacy fence was designed to create a quieter, more private outdoor space while enhancing the home’s architecture.

From the handcrafted arched gates that mirror the front entry to the custom stain selected to complement the home’s wood beams and trim, every detail was thoughtfully designed and built to feel like it has always belonged.

Great craftsmanship is about more than building—it’s about creating something that looks timeless.

Every project starts with a vision.

This 625-square-foot loft-style guest suite began as a dark, unfinished basement with dirt floors and exposed brick. Through thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to every detail, it was transformed into a warm, functional living space featuring a custom kitchen, spa-inspired bathroom, and timeless finishes that feel anything but a basement.

The best transformations don’t just change a space…
They change the way you experience it.

Watch until the end… that’s where the story begins.

If you’ve been following this project from the very beginning, you’ve seen an incredible transformation unfold. What started as a wet basement with soggy brick walls is now becoming a beautiful 600-sq ft loft-style apartment.

After waterproofing and sealing the foundation, we carefully designed the layout, framed the new walls, and created a functional open-concept living space that feels bright, spacious, and inviting. Every step has been about building it the right way—from the structure behind the walls to the craftsmanship you’ll see in every finish.

Now we’re in the final stretch. The tile work is wrapping up, electrical and plumbing trim-outs are next, and then it’s time for the finishing touches that truly bring this loft to life.

This is what I love most—seeing the vision come together and creating spaces that are both timeless and functional. Follow along as we put the finishing touches on this one… the final reveal is going to be something special.
