A tower in Brickell, waterproofed window by window, opening by opening, door by door.

Every opening is sealed before the exterior finishes go on, so the barrier around the building stays continuous. Windows and doors are among the most vulnerable points of the envelope, and once the stucco goes over them, fixing a leak means cutting into a finished wall.

Doing that prep right at this stage, while every opening is still exposed, is what keeps your building protected for the long term.
