Design Exploration | Verdant Row
Not every luxury address needs to reach for the sky. Some of the best ones step back and let the garden take over.
Verdant Row is a concept for a 9-story infill residence on a tight urban lot. The massing steps back as it rises, and every setback becomes a planted terrace: layered bougainvillea, trailing jasmine, and shade trees in deep planters that turn each residence into its own garden house in the sky. Warm wood soffits, bronze-toned fins, and pale stone keep the palette calm, so the planting does the talking.
Inside, the plan comes first. Private elevator entries open straight into through-unit homes with light and cross-breezes on two sides, the sense of privacy you'd expect from a single-family house, set on a city block.
Wrapped in greenery, grounded in the neighborhood.
