Clutter has to land somewhere. A custom built-in gives it a place to go.
Full-height cabinets with clean shaker doors keep coats, bags, and gear out of sight. A built-in bench gives everyone a spot to sit and sort out the day, with open cubbies below for shoes. Because it’s built for this exact space, it fits the wall, the window, and the trim like it was always part of the house.
Small footprint. Big difference in how the whole home feels.

A great kitchen is built around how your family actually uses it.
This one starts with an oversized island with a waterfall edge and seating for four, so everyone has a place to gather while someone cooks. Tall shaker cabinets run to the ceiling for storage that doesn’t crowd the room. Panel-ready appliances and double wall ovens keep the lines clean. And a walk-in pantry just off the kitchen keeps the everyday mess out of sight.
Every layout decision was made around real daily life. That’s what custom looks like.

It starts with a sign in the yard and a house taking shape behind it.

It ends with a kitchen built around how your family gathers and a mudroom bench with a spot for everything that comes through the door. In between are hundreds of decisions, most of which you’ll never see in a finished photo.

With nearly 40 years of experience, TCI holds the same standard through every phase of the build, so the home you walk into is as well built as the one you imagined.

The best addition is the one you can’t find the seam in.

That’s the standard we build to. The roofline and exterior finish match the existing home. The windows, trim, and baseboards carry the same profiles and proportions. The floors, paint, and details flow from your current home into the new space like they were always there, inside and out.

Whether you’re dreaming of a bonus room, a primary suite, a bigger kitchen, or a full renovation, we’ll make the transition seamless.

Thinking about adding space to the home you already love? Let’s talk.

When it all starts coming together.

The framing disappears. The walls go up clean. And the floor plan you’ve been picturing finally becomes a space you can walk through. This is the drywall phase, and it’s the moment a build starts to feel like a home.

Straight walls, crisp corners, and smooth surfaces aren’t just details. They set the standard for everything that follows, and we treat this phase with the same care as every other.

The details that make a home feel custom are the ones you can’t buy off a shelf.

A glass-front built-in cabinet fitted to the exact wall it lives on. Shiplap carried all the way up a fireplace surround to the ceiling. Paneled wall molding laid out around the bed and window. Deep casing that frames the view outside like a picture. Every piece is measured, built, and finished for this specific room, so it looks like it was always meant to be there.

That’s the difference between a home with trim in it and a home with real craftsmanship in it.

Dreaming of a covered porch this fall?
Cooler evenings. Football on in the background. A place to sit outside no matter what the forecast says. A porch like this one, with a stained wood ceiling, recessed lighting, and a view of the trees, is the kind of space that gets used for months, not just a weekend.
Whether you're planning a new custom home, an addition to the home you have, or a renovation of an existing porch or patio, TCI can build it.

Most bathrooms play it safe. This one didn't.

Dark vertical tile that runs floor to ceiling in the shower. Matte black fixtures and a rain shower head paired with a handheld for every kind of rinse. A dual vanity in matching black with a linen tower built right into the design. It's a bold palette, but every piece of it was chosen with intention — nothing here is an accident.

This is what happens when a homeowner is ready to commit to a vision instead of defaulting to what's safe, and you partner with a builder that can make your vision come to life.
