I spent the day exploring, experiencing & meeting brilliant people who run incredibly curated businesses and thanks to everyone - all things authentic mid century modern- I took a tour of many gorgeous establishments I can’t wait to come back and explore again!
It was a boost of beauty and spirit!

We all want a beautiful home!

But let’s not equate “beauty” with
Personalized, meaningful or functional
For the people living in those spaces.

It can be both beautiful and fabulously functional-

You don’t have to choose between them!

You do have to make a plan ❤️ though.

I have a home filled with all my favorite things and I find that I need both order and a bit of chaos to feel most like myself.

That’s not for everyone I know but

I will unapologetically tell you that each of my “services” are my favorite!

But this service is literally the scrumptious icing on the cake - (and yes I used to bake wedding 🍰 cakes)

Architecture is one HUGE aspect of design like a great cake.

BUT the entire experience of that cake is enhanced, elevated & smack the person closest to you bliss when it's paired with fillings, icings, fruits…endless possibilities for the Perfect Pairings!

Great design is just like that first bite- you can’t help but sit up take notice and demand more!

As a storytelling designer- the absolute euphoria I have when finding all the right colors, textures, artwork & layers that fill in your story is the challenge and adventure I love!

I’ll definitely look through every tile just to ensure I’ve found precisely what I’m after- thousands of rugs, art, wallpapers, light fixtures & furniture pieces and giddily chat to myself about what I love- ooohhhs & aaahhsss abounding!

Here’s to a happy sourcing day for your projects and when you get tired of going at it alone seriously, you’ve found the girl who can’t help but love the details with you!

Begin at the very beginning...

You need this service if you are even considering a New Build or Major Remodel- and you want me to be your new best resource for all things amazing BEFORE you begin and throughout the entire project!

Questions and Answers- full stop!

Who is asking you all of the questions to ensure you miss nothing in this major design you're about to undertake and invest in?

From the minutest details to the big ones.

I am not a believer in the "Field of Dreams" philosophy of "Build it and they will come" Nope not this girl I review your designs 100% based on what you'll actually need & how that will fully function for for your life in those spaces.

Example: I walked into an in-progress major remodel & asked the potential clients about the built-ins they were installing. One question from me had them realizing that they had overlooked a few serious functionality issues they hadn't planned for but should have and would now have to either abandon this space for one of the functions they had intended or have a few change order discussions with their builders. Not ideal!

This is far too easy to do & no fault of the homeowners as they were already making 200 other decisions about their build.

The issue isn't your intelligence or your contractor- far from it but merely that outside set of eyes that will delve deeper FOR YOU, taking that overwhelm OFF of your shoulders & giving you the insight of a fresh perspective, ensuring you have planned for all of the easily overlooked details you need in your major investment.

First Impressions will stop the scroll!

You have potential guests excitedly looking for the "perfect getaway" You have your guaranteed audience looking to pay for a vacation stay they are dreaming of. You will join the list of "that's so disappointing it looks great until the inside" or the save that for later potential rentals or you'll stop the scroll and they'll go through all of the photos excitedly thinking "Oohh yes! this looks amazing and it fits the needs we have for our vacation!"
