Two years ago, I started Well Maintained Home Services doing small handyman jobs. Since then, the company—and the projects—have grown in a big way.

I’m proud to share that I’m now a licensed residential builder in Michigan, taking on full remodels, basement builds, and exterior work including windows, siding, and roofing.

These videos are a look at where we are today. I’m excited to start sharing more of the journey here.

Thank you to all of our clients that put their trust in me to help make this possible.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨
After two years behind the scenes, Well Maintained Home Services, LLC has officially grown up.

What started as small handyman projects has turned into something much bigger. I’m now a licensed residential builder in the State of Michigan, specializing in:

• Kitchen & bath remodels
• Basement design & build
• Exterior repairs: windows, siding & roofing and more.

I would like to thank everyone for your support, referrals and trust to take on these projects over these past two years.

I will be sharing videos as a preview of the work we have done, what we are we’re doing today—and what’s coming next.
Thanks for sticking around. More projects coming soon.
