One year ago, we opened the doors to Millcreek Manor with a dream that was about so much more than selling antiques. 🩵

I wanted to bring beautiful, historic pieces from England and Scotland to homes here in Utah.

So many families in Utah have ancestors who came from Great Britain & other European & Scandinavian countries, and I love the thought of bringing a little of that heritage back into your homes.

Pieces that were lovingly made generations ago. Furniture that has witnessed a hundred years of family dinners, conversations, and everyday life. Paintings that have hung on walls for decades.

These beautiful old things from the great ancestors we came from deserve to be preserved, appreciated, and loved by another generation.

Over the past year, we’ve traveled across the UK, filled shipping containers with hundreds of antiques, and watched so many of these treasures find their new homes.

But the greatest gift has been YOU. Every visit, purchase, kind word, and shared post has helped make this dream possible. Thank you for being part of our first year!

After 17 years of sourcing antiques in England, I’ve learned that the most beautiful pieces aren’t necessarily the most perfect. 🤎

When I’m hunting for antique furniture, there are five things I always look for: beautiful patina, quality craftsmanship, interesting silhouettes, natural materials, and timeless design.

But there are also a few things I check before buying! Because not every old piece is a good antique.

I believe the best homes are collected slowly, filled with beautiful things that tell a story and stand the test of time.
