Welcoming, light-filled spaces were a priority for our Midwest Lake Home project. A translucent polycarbonate floor in a Douglas Fir-surfaced meditation room above a slatted entry ceiling creates light and shadow as the sun passes overhead. Skylights were installed with exposed collar ties to create light wells in multiple main floor rooms to bring in air and light. These spaces were created to be ideal for entertaining guests, admiring art, and listening to music. Thanks to our design team, clients, and craftspeople who made this project a reality!

Sometimes it's small moments like these that really show the care and craftsmanship that go into our work, and the work of our trade partners, design teams, and clients. This project is the epitome of that collaboration, and we're so grateful to everyone who helped make this beautiful whole-house remodel a reality. We look forward to sharing more in the days to come.

Our St. Louis Park addition nearly doubled the size of this modest home, adding a large living & dining room addition above an existing tuck-under garage, raising the garage ceiling, modifying the kitchen to improve flow, and adding an office space. Shout out to Doug Erickson for great design, and to our wonderful clients for making this project a success!

We are grateful for the privilege of helping to craft this beautiful home and excited to announce that photos are coming soon!

This full house renovation stands as a testament to the sacred dance between architect, builder, and a visionary client whose design spirit infused the space with artistry. Each corner, every line, and countless elements showcase materials and light after careful consideration. The collaboration unfolded not as mere work, but as mutual respect and listening—to the materials, to the land, and to dreams waiting to find form.

It's ALL in the details on this historic bathroom restoration... Rescued from an 80's special, this is the second project our clients hired us to help them bring this home back to its original beauty. We love the colors in this tile!

It's suddenly BBQ season! If you have an unused shed or a garage in an inconvenient location, consider turning it into an open-air space where you can host a crowd. Enjoy the weather out there!
