Mount Master Audio Video is a family-owned and operated business, and family will always come first. That same value carries over into how I treat every client—I genuinely try to do right by people and provide the best service possible.
But operating a legitimate professional business comes with real expenses: proper licensing, insurance, dependable equipment, quality tools, vehicles, fuel, payroll, advertising and much more. We also send a two-person team to every TV installation for safety and to protect your home and equipment.
On average, it costs me at least $125 per hour just to keep Mount Master operating properly. That’s why we have a $200 minimum service charge. Even at that price, we aren’t making a huge profit—it simply allows us to provide the dependable, professional service our customers expect.
Nowadays, it seems like every lawn-care, landscaping, fencing or handyman company also claims to mount televisions and says they are “licensed and insured.” But being insured for one type of work does not necessarily mean their policy covers TV installation—or an expensive television if it is damaged or dropped. Customers should always ask whether a company is properly insured for the actual service being performed.
Yes, you may find someone willing to do the job cheaper. But cheaper doesn’t always mean better—and it rarely comes with the same level of protection, knowledge, experience and attention to detail that Mount Master brings into your home or business.
We don’t aim to be the cheapest. We aim to do it right, treat you fairly and stand behind our work.
When perfection matters… Mount Master.
