Hello Facebook, i hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I just wanted to share with you all some pictures of a recent job we completed. We changed out some rotten siding with hardie board and painted it. I know the fresh paint looks different than the faded paint. Usually we would paint all of the siding so it all matches. Customer didn't want to do that for now. They will have us come back at a later date to paint the entire home. We also washed, lightly buffed, and put a new clear coat on the ceiling of the back porch. Customer was very satisfied with the work we done. Honestly thats our #1 goal when we do these jobs. We do all sorts of different things that have to do with residential Remodeling. If anyone is interested in having work done around your home. Hello Facebook, it's Dennis Taylor with A & D Windows and Remodeling. We just finished a painting job for some great people, who were very satisfied with the work we done. We changed out the rotten on the house. Pressure washed entire home, driveway, carport, porch, and sidewalk. We painted entire outside of house. Then we finished it off by painting their carport and porch with concrete paint. Customer was very happy with how everything came out. Anyone interested in having some work done. Hello Facebook, it's hope everyone is doing well today. Im Dennis Taylor with A &D Windows and Remodeling. We had a job changing glass at a customer's house. She wanted to get rid of the panes in her old windows and also make them more energy efficient. So thats what we did. We installed new low-e glass with no panes and replaced all the glazing bead that goes around the perimeter of the glass. Once we were done. She said she could feel the difference in the temperature in the area we replaced the glass. I told her thats means the low-e glass is doing it's job. Dennis Taylor 985-960-1427

Hello Facebook it's Dennis Taylor with A & D Windows and Remodeling. I did a Window Replacement job not to long ago. When I first went out there, which had been about 8 months before we got the job. I gave him a price and didn't hear back from him. Then he contacted me again. When I went back to meet with him, he started telling me that he had called 4 other Window Replacement companies to come out and give him a price. He told me that the cheapest price out of the 4 other companies he called was $40,000. I was like WOW. I can understand that some of these major brands of windows can be expensive. He told me he just wants a window that will be energy efficient and help him save on his energy. A window that will add value to his house and look good. Well that's exactly what we gave him. A nice looking vinyl energy efficient Windows with low-e glass with argon gas. Now this house had a total of 19 windows. So that alot of windows for a house. Most homes have a range of 9-12 windows. So it was a decent size job. We ended up doing the job for $14,000. Customer was very pleased with the windows and the job we did. Which in return made us happy. We are a smaller family owed company. Not alot of overhead. I'm on every install job we do. No subcontractors, it's usually my daughter and myself on every job. So anyone interested in getting some Replacement windows or doors.
