9 pints of rabbit bone broth canned last night. I’ll have one more smaller batch of broth to do then I’m almost caught up with the rabbits.

This is one I’ve been wanting to do for a long, long time! I still have a tone of garlic so I’ll have more to come. Hopefully a years supply. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

10 pints of low sugar raspberry jam yesterday.

ALSO I’ve had so many people reach out wondering if I can teach them how to can, in the last 2 years, it’s been overwhelming. Soooo I’ve recorded a beginner’s course that I will be editing and launching soon. I am so excited! Hopefully it helps people all over! 🥰

Almost done with canning juices. 13 quarts of canned orange juice, 11 pints of canned ready to drink lemonade, and 24 pints of strawberry lemonade concentrate. Lots more canning to do still this week.
