A laundry room looks simple when it’s finished. Getting it there takes a lot of planning.

This room will have two all-in-one washer/dryer units, meaning each unit needs its own water supplies, drain, dryer vent, and electrical connection, all within a small section of wall.

On the other side of that same wall is a bathroom with double sinks, so there is a lot of plumbing to coordinate before the framing is closed up.

These are the behind-the-scenes details that help the finished space function the way it should.

We had a little extra job-site supervision today.

Loki came upstairs to check on Mario and Fabrício and see how things were moving along at the end of week one.

This is a major master bathroom, closet and laundry room renovation we’re working on in Monroe. Even with all that going on, we’ve kept our customers’ laundry room up and running, with floor protection and dust control in place throughout the work area.

Loki seemed satisfied with the progress, so I think we’re in good shape.
